Davichi's Kang Minkyung has taken on the role as the female lead in the upcoming KBS romantic-comedy drama, "Lovers in Haeundae" (tentative title).
The drama has already confirmed the main cast has Cho Yeojung, Kim Kangwoo, Jung Sukwon and former SeeYa member, Nam Gyuri, and has revealed that Kang Minkyung will take the female lead as Hwang Joohee, an irresistible femme fatal.
"Loves in Haeundae" was written by SBS "City Hunter" and "The President" Hwang Eunkyung, and is scheduled to begin airing on August 13th, replacing current drama, "Big."
Kang Minkyung has previously taken part of dramas "Smile, Mom" and "Vampire Idol" in the past.
