On March 21, Davichi’s Kang Min Kyung revealed her pre-diet photos on SBS “One Night of TV Entertainment.” In the photo, Kang Min Kyung looks a lot rounder and chubbier than her current self, making fans wonder how exactly she lost the extra weight.
“In high school, I was totally crazy over bread. Carbs are the enemy of all diets. I was shocked after seeing my first TV appearance,” Kang Min Kyung said.
She continued, “After I went on a diet, I only ate half a sweet potato per day. Sweet potatoes have a lot of fiber so they’re good for your diet. I also like to grind black sesame and black rice and mix it with milk for a special juice.” She stressed such “black food” is good to prevent obesity, aging, and even hair loss.
