[NEWS] [11.09.08] Davichi’s Kang Min Kyung confesses she felt lonely without Lee Haeri

Davichi‘s Kang Min Kyung confessed that she felt lonely without her fellow groupmate when they were doing their solo projects.

On September 7th, Davichi guested on Cool FM‘s ‘Danny’s Music Show - I Came for a Rehearsal‘.

DJ Danny asked, “You’re coming back from a 1-year, 4-month hiatus — what were you up to during that time?” Lee Haeri replied, “Min Kyung was shooting her drama, and I was busy doing a musical.”

Kang Min Kyung candidly added, “While shooting for the drama, I spent a lot of time alone during the breaks. After always being together, being separated felt so lonely; Haeri-unnie didn’t call me once.”

Lee Haeri tried to explain, “Everything was chaotic because of the preparations for the musical.” Meekly, she also said, “I’m sorry”, which drew laughter from the studio.

While on the show, Davichi sang their new song, “Don’t Say Goodbye“, along with five other songs live.

Davichi appeared on KBS Radio “Danny’s Music Show: We Came to Rehearse” on September 7. They came to promote their new mini album “Love Delight” which was released after one year and three months .

When Davichi was singing their album's title song “Don’t Say Goodbye”, there was an accident happened. After Haeri finished singing her part, and Min Kyung was about to sing, the music suddenly stopped. The two girls were shocked and stood frozen .Afterwards,the studio was silent for five seconds.The radio listeners might think that their connection was lost and Internet viewers might think the video clip was paused for a while.Then, Min Kyung broke the silence as she spoke out “Ooing?” ,the music was back like magic.

Although,Min Kyung kept singing ,she seemed can't stop laughing and made more mistakes. Her fellow member,Lee Hae Ri couldn't help herself laughing too. DJ Danny Ahn stopped the music and apologized to listeners “That’s why they came here to rehearse,just like the title of the program.” Making mistakes might be unacceptable for a celebrity, but Kang Min Kyung,with her cute accident, gained a lot of fans's encouragement.

[티브이데일리 전아람 기자] 여성듀오 다비치의 ‘안녕이라고 말하지마’가 주간차트 1위를 차지했다.

6일 온라인 음원 서비스 대표업체 소리바다는 세 번째 미니앨범 ‘Love delight’로 돌아온 다비치의 ‘안녕이라고 말하지마’가 8월 넷째 주(8월 28일~9월 3일) 주간차트 1위를 차지했다고 밝혔다.

‘안녕이라고 말하지마’는 세련된 현악기와 피아노 선율이 조화를 이루는 미디움 템포의 곡으로 다비치의 호소력 짙은 목소리가 어우러져 음악 팬들의 사랑을 한 몸에 받고 있다. 또 다비치는 가슴 아픈 이별의 심정을 표현한 ‘사랑 사랑아’도 6위에 올리며 인기 쌍끌이에 성공했다.

이어 리쌍의 7집 앨범 ‘아수라발발타’ 타이틀 곡 ‘나란 놈은 답은 너다(Feat. 하림)’와 ‘회상(Feat. 백지영)’, ‘TV를 껐네...(Feat. 윤미래, 권정열)’가 나란히 2위부터 4위를 차지했다.

Power duo Davichi recently dished their thoughts on their highly successful comeback after being on hiatus for 10 months.

Speaking through Issue Daily, member Haeri expressed, “It was a stage we’ve been waiting a long time for, so we were both nervous and anticipative of it.” “It’s been a long time since we’ve promoted as Davichi, so I’m really looking forward to performing again. We’ll do our best in giving our best stages,” she added.

Member Min Kyung said, “I’m happy that we get to promote after such a long time. We’ll be approaching an industry that’s now heavily idol-focused as Davichi. I feel that we can definitely show something different from other girl groups; something that only Davichi can do.”

Lastly, she added, “From now on, we’ll be showing an image of a higher standard. We’ll work hard in doing our best.”
